It all began in 1922 in Montappone, in the Marche, between Fermo and Macerata, when Mr. Attilio Sorbatti and his wife Ester started a tradition that had lasted over 80 years. From the founder Attilio to the three sons Filippo, Ermanno and Nerino up to the third generation: the grandchildren Marco and Attilio. Over the years, the company has progressively grown while remaining a family business. From the original manufacturing character, which remains fundamental, the hat factory has turned into a modern, dynamic industry of hats and caps, rooted in the Marche entrepreneurial tradition. High professionalism, operational flexibility and dynamism are the strengths on which Sorbatti bases its philosophy of producer, in a perfect combination of tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and technology, passion and competence. Sorbatti srl is also specialized in customizing its hats and caps with logos and brands supplied by the customer.

Montappone, Via Leopardi 18: here is the industrial factory of Sorbatti srl, a production facility of 1800 square meters, right in the heart of the so-called “International Hat Center”. Here the company produces quality men’s and women’s hats and caps such as felts, original panamas, flat caps … and the attention to every detail is the main theme of all its activity, from the selection of the raw materials to the packaging.
